Chloe Owens is an emerging non-fiction visual storyteller. Her mediums of choice include photography, graphic design, and videography.
She made her first documentary, The Black Experience at Saint Louis University, during college to amplify the voices of Black students and faculty attending the predominantly white school.
She co-produced the short film ONE FALL and co-edited Mo Willems: The Joy of Creation, a Kennedy Center Digital Stage Original.
She also produced, directed, and edited a stop animation for Asian Americans Advancing Justice Chicago.
She has utilized her photography to capture portraiture and behind-the-scenes moments in Washington, D.C., Memphis, and St. Louis.
Her eye for design has been utilized for ad campaigns and non-profit communications. Currently, she serves as a communications director for a Missouri-based non-profit where she builds on all these skills to advance the organization’s mission.
